The Delaware Code Revisors, when updating the Delaware Code through December 31, 2003, rearranged and renumbered the definition sections in Title 29, Chapter 58. This version reflects the change as it appears in the Delaware Code, 2003 Replacement Volume, Volume 14 which was distributed in February 2004. Subsequently, the Revisors moved the substantive law regarding local governments and the Code of Conduct from a Revisor's Note and adding it as paragraph 4 to Section 5802. This version reflects the change which was included in the 2004 Supplement to the 2003 Replacement Volume, Volume 14, Title 29, Chapter 58, and distributed in January 2005.
