Currently Registered Lobbyists - Instructions
1. READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING.
TIP: Print these instructions: Right Click on Your Mouse then Select "Print." You will then have instructions while you work.
2. Get your assigned password.
(A) First time data base users:
FOR LOBBYISTS NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL OF THIS NEW SYSTEM: At the end of the instructions is a link to the site. Once there, click on "Forgot your password?" Enter your e-mail address, click on "Submit", and you will receive a return e-mail with your assigned password. You may use that password or change the password.
FOR LOBBYISTS NOTIFIED BY LETTER OF THIS NEW SYSTEM: Call us at 302-739-2399 Give us your e-mail address. We will give you the assigned password. You can not access the data we have entered without making that call.
TIP: To change the password. Enter the system with your assigned password. Go to "Edit Lobbyist Profile" In the password block, enter your new password. Re-enter the new password in the next block. Click on "Submit"
(B) Other users. Login with your e-mail and password. If you ever wish to change your password, see instructions in above TIP.
3. Once you log in with your e-mail address and password, you can select from the Lobbyist Account Selection Menu any action you would like to take.
TIP:Click on "Instructions" for an explanation of each menu item. You may wish to print those instructions for future reference until you are more familiar with the system. See Tip in item 1 above for printing instructions.
TIP:We have added all of the registrations, employer authorizations and expenditure report forms through November 7, 2002. Before taking any other action, you may wish to review the information to insure there are no typing or other errors. If you find errors, you can edit the forms.
4. "Log Out" on Lobbyist Account Menu page.
TIP: For security reasons, log out after each session.
